Pulao Rice-Sino-Jap Fusion
A buttery rice with dried fruits and nuts, along with gyoza, and a chinese-ginger sauce to top it off, and sprinkled with fresh lemon zest.

Stuffed Tofu Skin
Tofu skin, aka tofu curd, is a special ingredient with a unique texture. In this recipe it is filled with garlic, hot pepper, sesame oil, and other spices. It is served along with a cauliflower and vegetable sauce and some rice.
Cake Experimentation
I made a series of cakes, testing different decorative and ornaments. They didn't turn out so bad. This one had a jelly glazing.
Halloum Sandwich
A sandwich that sits in-between greek and lebanese classics. The sauce is skyr with lots of mint, garlic, and black pepper. The halloum is grilled with butter to give it an extra decadent lactic taste.
Chinese Omelette
This is your average daily eggs, but with a twist from Chinese cooking: adding a splash of water and starch to the mix. This gives them a fluffy texture that can't be achieved with other methods. This was served with some pickled cauliflower.
Classic Spanish Omelette
Jus the average classic omelette. The onions are grilled for around 30min until caramelized, along with some black pepper and red chilis. Meanwhile, the potatoes are soaked beforehand multiple times in hot water until they're almost soft, this reduces the chance that they remain uncooked. Afterward, the onion mixture is poored in a separate contained and mixed with the eggs and 'frothed' along with the potatoes. They're then put back in the pan and covered until cooked fully, halfway through the omelette is flipped.
Mexican-Inspired Hot sauce
Hot sauce made from pickled habaneros, dried bird eyes, pan grilled onions, garlic, and tomatoes. To be eated with unsalted tortilla chips.
Grilled Eggplant (Nasu no Kaba-yaki)
A variation on a Japanese eggplant dish where eggplants are steamed, grilled, along with a sauce of sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.

Freshly made pasta with a topenade of garden olives, garden caper, garlic, fresh rosemary and herbs, along with oven baked tomatoes
Freshly Made Ravioli
Ravioli dough made from egg and flour, with a white beans, shallots, and garlic filling, served with a red sauce
Homemade Tomato Sauce
A fresh sauce made only with ingredients from the garden: tomatoes, onions, green peppper, basilic, mint, rocca, parsley, and other herbs
Fresh Spaghetti
Spaghetti with fresh sauce.
Homemade Sandwich
A sandwich made from scratch. The bread is a ciabatta bread homemade, the tomatoes, mint, potatoes, the olive oil, parsley, and rocca leaves are all from the garden.

Timbele de venere [venus rice]
Black rice with vegetables slowly cooked in the oven with added peas for a soft taste. Probably one of my favorite recipe so far.
Ratatouille
A spicy and fresh ratatouille. Ingredients: Fresh tomatoes left to melt in the stew, garlic, onions, eggplants, bell pepper, black pepper, hot pepper, paprika, and some basilic.
Vine Leaves
Delicious vine leaves made with the ones from my garden.
Eggplants With Sauce And Rice
You melt the onions, add the eggplant slices. Let them fry a bit. Then you pour the sauce and let it boil down. The sauce is made of tomatoes, basil, spices, and mushrooms. All is served on a sticky white rice.
Potatoes On Fire
Just plain potatoes.
Rice With Lentils And Carrots
Very high in carotene, fiber, iron, and other good vitamins.
Pancakes
There's not much to say about pancakes. They're fluffy, smooshy, and so good with mapple syrup straight from Canada. There's also a cheese cake in that picture.
Potato Cake
A friend of mine received a book wich contains a hundred potato recipes. She doesn't cook and thus asked me to prepare something from the book. I tried myself with the potato cake. It was unexpectedly delicious.
